As a therapist and educator, I believe meaningful connection is at the heart of growth and well-being. My diverse professional experience—including teaching, school counseling, directing nonprofit and addiction treatment programs, and serving as a Director of Social and Emotional Learning—has shaped my warm, collaborative approach to therapy.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, creating a supportive space where clients can feel understood, gain insight, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.

My Approach to Treatment

I believe we all have an inherent capacity for growth, healing, and a life that feels more whole and fulfilling. At times, however, life experiences can lead us to develop ways of coping that help us navigate difficult circumstances but may eventually leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unable to move forward.

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect, creating a space where you can better understand your experiences, emotions, and the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Drawing from psychodynamic perspectives, I look at both where you’ve been and how those experiences may be influencing your life today.

Together, we’ll explore what may no longer be working, build greater self-awareness, and consider new ways of responding and relating. My hope is that therapy helps you reconnect with your strengths and move toward greater freedom, connection, and well-being.
